About of garlic prawn pizza

You used Lebanese bread because it is perfect for the thin crispy base bread and I love it. So, I got the this bread and mixed up the sun dried tomato pesto and mixed with the tomato paste. Now you spread it over the bread and then sprinkle about ¼  of the grated cheese on the sauce and bake it for 10-15 minutes.  

Then after the second time bake comes when you have all the top on the base, where you bake it for another 10-12 minutes to get that crisp, crunchy light base pizza and top on fresh basil leaves pesto and now you serve this pizza recipe. 

Main Ingredients

  • 150 gram wholemeal Lebanese bread
  • 250g small prawn (head and tail remove)
  • 1 or 1 ½  tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon Crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon sun dried tomato pesto
  • ¼ cup low fat grated cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon basil pesto
  • ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes(diced)
  • 2 teaspoons crumbled feta
  • Fresh basil leaves

Recipe Instructions

Step- 1

First you mix the sun dried tomato pesto and mix the tomato paste in a medium bowl then you now preheat the oven to 160-180 degrees C temperature. Now you take a spoon of the tomato mixture evenly over both the breads. 

Step- 2

Then you use two tablespoons of the low fat grated cheese and then you divide evenly over each bread. Now you put each on a pizza tray and bake for 10 minutes.

Step- 3

Now until you cook the garlic prawns, if you have the larger or small prawns, chop them up so they go further. Now you heat a wok and then you add the butter and garlic and toss prawns until they turn translucent. Now you Keep the garlic sauce as you can sprinkle this over the pizza just before serving. 

Step- 4

When you see the bread is finished baking then you remove from the oven and lay down the cooked prawns over the bread and followed by the chopped sun dried tomatoes, feta, grated cheese. Then you add some pesto basil before putting it into the oven and bake again for another 10-12 minutes. 

Step- 5

Now your pizza is out of the oven for the second time, then you add sprinkle some basil leaves over the pizza and drizzle the garlic prawn sauce over just before serving this pizza recipe. Then you serve this recipe any salad – tomato salad, homemade garlic bread etc.
