Step- 1: First you cut the chicken into chunks and place them in a food processor. Then pulse for about 1 minute for finely chopped pieces. The meat should hold together when pinched. Or you can use ground chicken.  

Step- 2: Then you hold the broccoli with the stem facing up and you use a sharp knife and carefully separate the florest making downward cuts from the stem. Now you bring a pot of water to boil over medium high heat. When the water starts to bubble, place the broccoli florist on a steam basket and add it on top of the boiling water. Cover with a lid and let the broccoli steam for 2-3 minutes. When the broccoli is done, remove from the heat and allow it to cool. Then chop it into small pieces.
